Boasting a repertoire of languages and comprehensive technical knowledge, Maria Langer works as an authorised officer for EndoSave GmbH. Her tasks include the optimisation of business process.

As the central point of contact for the professional repair and maintenance of endoscopes, Michael Langer liaises closely with EndoSave GmbH service technicians. He heads the technical department and trains new technicians.

24-hour cost estimates

Once we receive your endoscope, our technicians check it and produce a detailed error report. Based on this, you will receive a quote within one working day, which precisely documents all the repairs to be carried out. This gives you full cost control at all times.

Straightforward processing

Your endoscope is usually repaired within five working days after our quote has been accepted. To ensure that your downtimes are as low as possible, we will provide a rental device whilst your endoscope is being repaired. We organise collection and return and keep you updated every step of the way.

Comprehensive expert knowledge

We guarantee high-quality workmanship. This is verified through our accreditation by TÜV-Süd in accordance with ISO 9001. Undertaking several thousand endoscope repairs per year, our experts possess a particularly high degree of expertise which establishes us as a cost-efficient company with a wide scope.
